Designed for the 30 series Cadac BBQS, this 50/50 grill top features two separate sides, one-half barbecue and one-half Plancha for a two in one cooking experience. Grill meat on one side whilst simultaneously stir-frying vegetables. Finished with the organic and non-toxic GreenGrill ceramic coating, the grill top is more scratch resistant compared to traditional non-stick coatings. Along with the built in flame deflector, the ceramic resists higher temperatures, distributes and retains heat better, contributing to a much lower gas consumption. The cooking surface features grease drainage holes for healthier cooking and making it much easier to clean. The ceramic cooking tops can be cleaned with ease; simply lift and pour away any grease collected and wipe down with warm soapy water
