Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, payment is taken at the time of placing the order. We will endeavour to notify you within the product pages if items are special order or out of stock.

Delivery

We only deliver within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 2-3working days.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK mainland are dependant upon the total weight & the bulk of the items you order, but range from £2.50 to £24.99. All items costing less than £7.99 delivery charge are sent second class recorded. All items must be checked for damage before signing consignment note. For other parts of the UK please contact us for delivery cost.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our web site, click the "add to basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "proceed to checkout", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order's data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order items that by their nature cannot be returned, video, dvd, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

Refunds and Returns Policy

In the unlikely event your item is lost then Royal Mail state: "please wait 15 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems." Items are returned to the correct location. RMA number is visible on the outside of the package. Valuable goods are insured, you include a copy of the receipt. Include a brief covering letter explaining why the goods are being returned. goods are securely packaged any other relevant information. Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000. you have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. this does not apply to business to business transactions.

Please note: all goods are returned at the buyer's own risk and we would advise that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery. We will not refund return postage costs in excess of the charge made when the order was originally dispatched.

We will not refund any product which has been 'specifically ordered' for you unless faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights. In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received in an order, you must inform us within 48hrs receipt of the goods, unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time. Should you wish to return a product please use you order number as the RMA or alternatively request a RMA by telephone, email, fax or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, invoice number and reasons for the return.

All returned goods must have the RMA number marked clearly on the package. we reserve the right to refuse delivery of any goods returned without an RMA number.

Should a product ever fail to operate or arrive faulty simply notify us in writing and return it in its original re-saleable packaging and condition. We will exchange it for new or replace it with a model of equal or higher value or credit the invoice price at our discretion. If you have ordered the wrong product, return the product unopened and in it's original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee (excluding VAT) in the event that a product is returned that is not faulty. Postage and packing may not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
