Warranty Work For Our Customers

We are committed to supporting customers who purchased their caravan or motorhome directly from Caravan Tech. As part of our customer care, we prioritise warranty work for our own customers wherever possible.

Please note that, to validate any manufacturer warranty, your vehicle’s service history must be up to date and in line with manufacturer requirements.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Caravan Tech is an approved dealer for Bailey and Swift. As such, we are able to process manufacturer warranty claims for these brands only.

If you own a Bailey or Swift vehicle and it is still within the manufacturer warranty period, we can submit and manage warranty claims on your behalf, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

If you purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Caravan Tech that is covered under a Caravan Tech warranty, we will carry out warranty work in accordance with the terms of that warranty.

For vehicles of other makes, please contact your supplying dealer for manufacturer warranty support.

Warranty Work Policy For Those Who Haven't Purchased From Caravan Tech

Caravan Tech are pleased to carry out manufacturer warranty work on your behalf.

Please note that an administration fee of £80 + VAT applies for processing warranty claims. This fee covers the time and resources required to submit and manage your claim with the manufacturer.

  • The fee applies per claim submitted by Caravan Tech

  • Each claim can include up to five items of warranty

  • Payment is required at the time of booking your initial appointment

  • The fee is non-refundable, even if the claim is declined

We strongly recommend checking that your vehicle’s service history complies with manufacturer requirements, as failure to meet these conditions may invalidate your warranty. Any work carried out where warranty is void will be chargeable.

If Your Claim Is Approved

If the manufacturer approves your claim and you instruct Caravan Tech to proceed:

  • Any additional time required due to unforeseen circumstances will first be referred to the manufacturer for authorisation. If additional time is not approved, labour will be chargeable at £75 + VAT per hour

In all cases, we will discuss options with you and obtain your approval before any extra costs are incurred.
