Richard has been a part of the Caravan Tech team for over 24 years, and prides himself with his customer care, which has created a massive loyal customer base.

24 years later, he is still here managing the sales department and interacting with new and old customers everyday. Since his first day at Caravan Tech, he has started a never ending family with his wife, and now has 5 children, yes 5! 3 of which have worked here at one point or another, as if 1 Santer wasn't enough! His eldest daughter Scarlett works here full time in the Marketing department and managing the Valeting team, whilst his 2 sons Harrison and Phoenix spend their summer holidays cleaning caravans to earn a bit of spending money.
